Meet Meg!

Health & Lifestyle Consultant

Meg is a Saskatchewan gal, born in Estevan, now residing near Radville, with a deep desire to help people live their best lives. She was a bookworm with a thirst for knowledge from a young age, with specific interests in health, wellness, and personal development. 

 

Her own battles with mysterious maladies throughout her teens that turned to severe into her 20's led her to look outside the mainstream medical system that although they couldn't diagnose or help, was telling her that she was just going to have to live the rest of her life in pain, and with severe food intolerances and physical restrictions. 

 

In true Meg fashion, she knew there had to be more to this and a better way and she would not accept that prognosis. She literally checked herself out of the hospital and took her health and life into her own hands and is very proud to have reversed all of her failing health conditions and especially her food intolerances.

 

Since then, she has obtained a diploma in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching and certification in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, as well as various energy and wellness modalities. She has added, and continues to add, countless books, webinars, podcasts, workshops, and studies to her ongoing repertoire. Meg is a Registered Health & Nutrition Counsellor with the Canadian Association of Integrative Nutrition.

 

Meg's driving force is knowing and trusting the body's innate ability to not only heal and survive but to thrive when given the right environment and tools. She has helped empower and guide many others to do the same and improve their well-being and reverse health conditions through sustainable and practical tweaks to address the root cause vs treating only the symptoms themselves and she can help you too
